Objective
To help you safely and efficiently learn how to control the wing, balance on the foil, and harness wind power to glide smoothly over the water. Structured wing foiling lessons and instructions focus on safety, equipment handling, and step-by-step skill development so beginners can enjoy the sport and advance towards independent wing foiling with control and confidence.
Equipment
All equipment is included such as wing, foil board, wetsuit, impact vest, helmet and leash.
Conditions
For the conditions to be suitable for your first wing foiling lessons we need a minimum of 2 to 12 knots and steady, side-onshore wind (not gusty) for the chosen days of learning. However, this is something we assess prior to the day of lessons in order to get the best possible conditions for learning/progressing.
